Browser not opening

Brave Browser will not open, even after clicking, restarting, and re-downloading the application. I am on a Windows 7 32 bit.

Steps:

  1. Download Brave Browser for Windows
  2. Click on the application from the desktop

What happens:
Nothing.

What should happen:
Brave Browser opens to the last screen it was on when it closed.

This has been happening for about a week now, and I have been unable to open Brave since then. I have un-downloaded and re-downloaded Brave to no affect. I had been using Brave for about 3 months prior to this issue, and this computer is rather new. There were no issues prior to this one.
