Brave browser not opening troubleshooting steps listed

Description of the issue: My brave browser does not open after clicking on it in either the desktop or within the brave directory. Things I’ve tried during the troubleshooting process so far. 1) Run as administer. 2) Run SFC to check for any corrupted system files 3) un-install and re-install. 4) Disable antivirus software. In each case neither option has yielded a solution where Brave will open. I’m currently running windows 10 pro. I’m not sure of the Brave version prior to the reinstall but after it I believe it would be the most current (I can’t check). Google chrome and other web browsers are currently working without issue.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Double clicking on the brave application.

Can’t check, however, I re-installed from the website today.
