Description of the issue: There is lag/stuttering when dragging around or moving the Brave browser window on Windows 10 with hardware acceleration on. This does not occur when hardware acceleration is disabled however.
How can this issue be reproduced?
By dragging around the Brave browser window on Windows 10.
Expected result:
Brave Version( check About Brave): v 1.21.73
Additional Information: This has occurred across multiple versions of Brave and across multiple Nvidia graphics driver updates (even when uninstalling using DDU and then reinstalling).
