Description of the issue: Brave keeps logging out of all my google/youtube accounts
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Log in to my account
  2. Close brave and restart the computer
  3. I have to login again in youtube and google

Expected result: My google accounts should be kept signed in

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.64.113

Additional Information: I tried the steps in more than a topic with the same issue and nothing worked, I added an exception to google and youtube domains and also made the browser not delete cookies after closing.
