Browser having trouble launching on windows 11
Everytime application is opened it crashes imediately

  1. Click on application
  2. flash of browser

Whatever the most recent version of Brave is

I have tried running the application as administrator, have tried installing brave Nightly (Same result) tried Brave Beta (Same result) saw something about maybe changing the name of the application on another thread but never went through with that. I also don’t have to much knowledge on windows 11 to begin with.

@TbirdLuke11 it doesn’t really sound like a crash so much as it seems like you have a firewall or something on your device that’s preventing Brave from opening.

Could it be windows defender? Because this is the only antivirus software I have running on my pc.
