Description of the issue:
Cant access Brave Browser on Windows 11 suddenly.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Sign in to Windows 11
- Click on any Brave shortcut in Windows 11
- Brave doesn’t launch
Expected result:
I expect brave to launch w/o issue.
Brave Version( check About Brave
):
Version 1.48.158 Chromium: 110.0.5481.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
If the only way to resolve this issue is to uninstall & re-install Brave, I’m also looking for clear & concise instructions on how to preserve/backup all user data, brave rewards data, and passwords in order to prevent data loss.
I am also interested to know if there is any relevant info in Windows 11 event logs that i could possibly provide and share with Brave support in order to dive into this a little deeper and determine the cause of the issue.
