Brave freeze on Mac OS ARM64 in full screen on 2 screens

Description of the issue:

Brave browser freeze completely when using it on Mac OS Sonoma 14.1 ARM64 Macbook Pro with external screen. It happens when display Brave in Full screen on both screen at the same time. It unfreeze if I change desktop on one of the screen or if one screen is not full screen.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Macbook pro ARM with OS/X 14.1 ARM M2 with one external screen.
  2. Start Brave and switch to full screen on both display
  3. Browse, it will eventually freeze until you change desktop and switch one of the brave window on non full screen mode.

Expected result:

Total freeze of Brave (color spinning wheel)

Brave is up to date

Having the same issue. Didn’t happen until I got a new machine (MacBook M2 2023 running OS Ventura 13.6.1). Weird thing is if I take actions like closing a tab or switching tabs, it doesn’t respond (spinning wheel). But if I switch workspaces and switch back, the action will have taken place.
