Brave constantly freezes, crashes and doesn't load

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. It is random. Brave will just freeze when opening a new tab or using a current tab. I have not found out how to specifically replicate the issue, but it occurs at least once a day. and now I’m getting weird static looking bars in the whole brave window.

Expected result:

A normal browsing experience, like Chrome, Safari or Edge.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Most updated. Updated yesterday, but it’s happened for the last 5 upgrades or so.

Additional Information:

Now there is a weird static issue across the whole Brave window. See photophoto of static

If you disable Hardware acceleration in brave://settings

Does that help?
