Brave first search takes 25 seconds (already tried forum solutions)

Description of the issue:

  • First search opening brave takes around 15-25s everytime, but next searches are always perfect and fast as expected

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave
  2. Make any kind of search
  3. First search goes for a long time, but next are smooth

Expected result:

Fast search on first try

Brave Version( check About Brave):

  • Brave version: [Version 1.64.109 Chromium: 123.0.6312.58 (official build) (64 bit)]

Additional Information:

  • “%localappdata%/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/User Data” cleared twice and rebuilt with 1st Brave login to default

  • Issue present in normal browsing and private browsing too

  • tried network cable and wifi connection: same results

  • netsh winsock reset had no effect

  • Microsoft Edge + Firefox has no problem, but Google Chrome seems to have exact same problem (so, maybe is it related to chromium engine?)
