Brave doesn't appear in notification settings

Hi, i don’t receive ads from Brave so i look in system > notification & actions to turn on Brave, but there is no “Brave notification” to turn on

@Snakiron, This is apparently a known Windows 10 bug and is not actually specific to Brave. The issue seems to occur when the app (Brave, in this case) shortcut is removed from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs – this results in the app not being displayed in the Windows 10 Notification settings. Until someone replies who might actually have a clue, I’m just going to fish in the dark here: Could you try HERE if notifications from your browser can come through at all? First click on “Authorize”, then “Allow” in the appeared Popup and finally “Show”. Do you get a notification? After doing that, Brave could possibly show up in the Windows notification settings as well. When you reinstalled Brave, did you do a “hard” removal, meaning also removing us…
