Nov 2022 bookmarks crashing every single time I go to bookmark a site

Every time I go to bookmark a link, brave crashes. This has happened for over a month. I am using windows 10, have the most up to date brave browser and have tested by shutting all add ons off, it still crashes.
PLEASE HELP
