Thanks for raising the issue with good detail and also circling back with our latest release today. Other folks definitely were experiencing this too - your help is appreciated 
I wish we had a cleaner root cause identified - but we can investigate further if anyone is still having an issue and can share more information. I went ahead and closed the GitHub issue.
