Brave constantly openning whats new tab in a new tor window

Description of the issue: After leaving the browser on for a while a new tor window pops up with the “whats new” tab opened
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open brave.
  2. Wait some time.
  3. Whats new windows opens, which I close
  4. Wait some more
  5. Another whats new tab opens

Expected result: The window not showing up every 5 minutes

**Brave Version: Version 1.60.114 Chromium: 119.0.6045.124 **

Additional Information: If I have the tor window open, the browser just opens a new tab
