Description of the issue:
Brave always asks for the download folder (uses the correct folder but displays it and expects a confirmation instead of just loading the file) even though I specified a default folder
“Ask for location before downloading files” is disabled in the settings
How can this issue be reproduced?
The problem exists since the last but one version.
Expected result:
Files should be loaded immediately after click and saved in the specified folder

V 1.50.119 (arm64)
