Bug report - Brave does not ask where to save a download

Description of the issue:
Brave does not ask in what folder I want to save my download, although the option is active.

Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Visit any website with a download option, then try to download a file.
  3. Brave may save it directly in the default folder, and does not ask where to save

Actual Result
Brave saves the file in the “download” default folder

Expected Result
Before saving the file in the default folder, Brave should have opened a specific window to ask where to save the file on the computer, offering the possibility to save it elsewhere

Brave Version
Version 1.43.89 Chromium: 105.0.5195.102 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

I’m using Windows 10 Pro

Any extensions enabled?

I actually deleted “Google Docs Offline extension” and it seems to work well today. Unfortunately I didn’t try to download something before unistalling the extension but… there’s obviously a chance it is linked.
