Hi guys
Brave send me ads notification many time in day and also when Im watching video on youtube, kaspersky antivirus send me notification that Brave is using my camera !!! I dont know why this happened for me and why open source browser! do this. I uploaded 2 screenshoy of this problem.

after 12 days nobody answered my question and my solved my problem im going to uninstall this troll browser from my system
You can block sites from accessing the camera. Click on the green notification (visible in your screenshot) or click the gear icon to block camera in Settings.
