Bookmark Bar Disappearing & Deleting URL Autocomplete entries

Hi,

My bookmarks bar has disappeared and I’m unable to get it to come back.

I’m also trying to find a way to delete a URL autocomplete entry. I’ve deleted my history, data, and cookies. Any tips?
