Were favorites and URL bar gone?

Hi all !

  1. Favorite bar is now always on or always off. Before this bar was on in “new tabs” and of on website. It’s still the same on Google Chrome.

  2. In full screen mode, URL’s bar and Tabs is gone. It’s very disturbing and unpractical when using full screen mode.

Is that all normal for everybody or is this an error on my version ? How can I resolve it ?
