Blocking JavaScript breaks extensions

Description of the issue:
If I enable “Block JavaScript” in the Brave blocking settings, JavaScript inserted by browser extensions (for example 1Password) is also blocked, breaking them in some cases.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Activate Block JavaScript
  2. Install 1Password (or other extension)
  3. It does not work properly (for example on inputs it would usually suggest an account)

Expected result:

I think javascript inserted by browser extensions should not be blocked, only that loaded by the website itself, or it should be given to the user at least as an option.
