Bats transfer and disapear issues

Briefly describe your issue:
In email from uphold is said that 3,929 were transfered to my account, but in reality only half of it was. The other half continued in brave pending rewards. Uphold says is a Brave issue.
Now my balance in estimated pending rewards is 0.
Also last month after a windows blue screen i lost all bats, is this usually happening?

Have you tried unlinking and relinking your Brave Rewards account to your Uphold wallet?

What does your brave://rewards-internals page show for the External wallet status? (Please DO NOT post your Wallet payment ID or your Wallet address.)

it says it is verified and dawn that there is the wallet adress

I didn’t tried anything yet, was waiting to see if it was solved by itself

Two things: try unlinking and relinking your Brave Rewards to your Uphold wallet. Secondly, did you reset your PC or reinstall Windows when you got the blue screen?

I received bats this month in uphold, just not the total thy said it was sended, so i don’t think it’s a linking problem. If i unlink do i have to do the all process again to verify bank account and identity?

I did not do anything after the blue screen, sometimes it happens and all works fine after…it’s windows…
