BATs are missing after connecting to ZebPay

Briefly describe your issue:
I’ve been using Brave for more than two years now and had accumulated around 16 BATs. I recently connected to ZebPay and now I can neither see them in my browser’s rewards section not my ZebPay account. There was no option to connect ZebPay before so I tried connecting to Gemini and Uphold, no dice!

Is this because of a bug or something?

Also, I have already raised a support ticket!

Yes, India

Those were vBats and were discontinued by the end of Oct 2023. So, you won’t be able to get them back. Raising a ticket won’t do no good either.

Well, this is just fantastic! There were no custodians to connect to earlier and I still have to pay the price. Just fantastic!

Nope. ZebPay was launched somewhere in September and after a month or so, brave discontinued vBAT. Everyone got a month to connect to ZebPay. Also a lot of notices were given too
