Bat payment error

Hi there,

I am having an issue with the Android version of Brave Browser where I am not receiving any rewards that I earned on the monthly payment date.
For about two months now, I’ve had accumulated over BAT in my mobile Brave Browser wallet from ads, however when the monthly payment date comes around I receive nothing.

I have attached a few screenshots of my rewards page to this posting, if @steeven needs ID from chrome://rewards-internals, I can get that to you via DM.
Could someone please look into this so that I can receive the BAT I have accumulated?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
