Still no BAT payment from May 6th even though I updated browser

Hi,
I updated Brave to the latest version to fix the May ad rewards claim errors, but my pending 8 BAT was not paid to me. I submitted a refund request including my rewards-internals data and pending balance, but have not received anything. On my other computer, I received the payment I was expecting.

Hi @Astrochamp - thanks for writing in. What OS and Brave version are you on? Is the 8 BAT still reflected in your Browser wallet? Thanks in advance!

Hi @steeven, I am running Brave Version 1.9.72 Chromium: 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)
and Windows 10 Version 1909 (OS build 18363.836). The amount was pending in my browser wallet, and when I tried to click claim, there was an error. I thought this had been resolved by an earlier version from a week or so ago, but I have still not received the amount into my browser wallet.

I’m in a similar boat as @Astrochamp, I didn’t want to whine about it and give you guys as much time as possible to hotfix it, but it’s the end of the month already, my browser is updated to latest and i still haven’t received rewards for April, including the last payout May 26, as Jennie on Reddit has pointed out.
Can you help me out?

The issue is on Desktop btw.

I’m in the same situation and have posted a similar post with no reply as of yet. I have Brave on two machines, both with different BAT amounts sitting in their wallets, and no transfers to my verified Uphold account in months. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar issue on my android brave browser:
before the update I had 150 BAT (with May 5th’s payment missing),
and now after the new Android 1.8.112 update, my wallet now only shows 35.2 BAT total.
