Problems with rewards on my cell phone, it does not add BAT and it stayed at 0

Hi! I have a problem with the rewards on my Android cell phone, I never received the rewards for August and when the payment date passed, everything remained at 0 and from then on, I did not receive a single ad and I did not add bat when looking at the images sponsored. In fact, the last payment date was September 7, I never received it and the date changed to November 7. Everything works fine on PC, the problem is on the cell phone, I don’t understand what happened. There is no way for me to re-add bat on Android.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
