BAT stuck in Brave. Only partly transferred to Gemini

BAT stuck in Brave. Transferring to Gemini slowly in tranches for over 2 months. Only one device in use and linked to Gemini. Balance per Gemini different from Brave.

PC WIndows 10. Only one device in use.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes. Only one device in use.

Same with Uphold, I was suppose to receive 11.04 bat but received only 10.9

I was supposed to received 310. I got only around 200 or so.

Thanks. That was a typo. Browser is up to date; always is. The transfers began and then stopped. Still have BAT stuck in Brave 6 months later.

Problem still persists. Any resolution from Brave?

Hey there. Sorry been missing your topic here. This issue should have been resolved last month. You can see where it talked about it at THREAD: "BAT payout significantly less than estimated earnings" issue (it’s important to search the community for similar issues)

That said, what should have been instructed of you a while back is to create a Support Ticket so it would be escalated to the attention of someone who works at Brave. While Brave staff does go through Brave Community to help with issues, there’s no guarantee someone will any topic. On top of that, for them to help with issues such as anything dealing with Rewards payments, they need information that shouldn’t be shared publicly.

As to how long it will take them to respond, it varies. They answer tickets in the order they are received. They often try to reach out within a week’s time, but it’s not promised. Solving issues vary between as short as a few minutes or as long as a few months and anything in between.

Thanks for this. Very much appreciated. I filed a support ticket and they gave me the same response as you did re: the Update fixed it. They indicated if it does not come through in July then wait until Aug; leave the browser open. I will post an update then. Please note, I saw 4 transactions in my Gemini account in July relating to previous recent (Feb-Jun 22) months earnings. However, balances from a year ago are still missing; these are the balances being queried in this chain. There has been a discrepancy between Brave and Gemini for 10 months. Just an fyi.

The issue still persists after the 8th of August. They asked for the logs which I resent. It’s been at least 2 weeks and still no word.
