BAT not accounting in different devices

Hi all!
A couple things I’d like to ask for support:

  1. I tried to link my wallet a couple months ago to Gemini and verify my Gemini account during the same process. Gemini, to this date, hasn’t been verified, so I tried Uphold and had no problems doing that.
    Meanwhile, the BAT sent to Gemini wallet (unverified, sent automatically at the end of the month) wasn’t much, but I’d still like to know if I could have it somehow?
  2. Another topic is that I’ve linked different devices to the same Uphold wallet, macbook, android phone and windows pc, but only the macbook browser is getting ads and its consequent BAT, the other devices don’t get any. Help ?
