BAT counted, but not added to wallet

Hello, interesting problem here: my brave browser has been keeping track of my browsing, counting up and telling me when my BAT rewards are due, however, my total (the amount of BAT, not the value) has been the same now for months. Nothing gets added. Both in the browser as in the uphold wallet. Anyone know the reason or a solution?

Well, there’s a lot of questions that we’d need to ask. First off, I want to point out you deleted the template provided when you created the topic and didn’t provide any of the information that is usually asked. Secondly, we can ask a million questions and randomly guess at things, but your best bet is probably going to be to create a support ticket so someone from Brave can take a look and get you the most accurate info. Just make sure you look and provide the information they ask there, especially your Wallet Payment ID from brave://rewards-internals.

I think so. I can’t find any message or indication that I didn’t in browser nor wallet.

I think im having the same problem. Ive never been able to access the rewards already had the wallet. It keeps having me verify the rewards but then they go away and i can’t get them its also had the problem for at least A year. Never could get any help from brave. :grimacing:
