No BAT's since syncing with Uphold (un-verified and verified)

Briefly describe your issue: I was receiving bats each month fine. Then I tried to create an uphold wallet to store my Bats somewhere else and they stopped showing up (Back in July). I’ve been still using the browser since. Nov 9th I verified my UpHold account and still nothing and the Bat’s that I did see in my Browser Rewards menu (from pre-July) disappeared.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Mac OS
Version 1.31.88 Chromium: 95.0.4638.69 (Official Build) (x86_64)

(doesn’t seem to be browser/ Mac OS version dependent as it’s happened for a while)

Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
Nov 9th

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Just to the Brave Rewards screen, never to Uphold

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes - Canada

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
No - I tried to switch it on/off but that didn’t seem to help.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
