Autoplay not blocking videos on Youtube
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a channel on YouTube.
  2. An intro video starts automatically.
    OR
  3. Open a video on YouTube.
  4. The video starts automatically.

Expected result:
Videos must not autoplay when this feature is turned off.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.16.68 Chromium: 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:
I cleared site data and reset settings, though in other browsers I don’t have to do so to get settings activated.
