Auto-Contribute turns on by itself and transfers my BAT

Hi,

1/ My Auto-Contribute settings was Off for weeks, but somehow it got turned on and transferred my only 2 BATs to the Auto-Contribute program.
See enclosed screenshot.

Can you do something about it?
Please tell me should you need any further details.

2/ Also, for a week or so, rewards are only $0.005 instead of 0.01. Do you have any update on a fix?

it is not a bug, most ads now pay only 0.005 there are even some that only pay 0.0025

Thanks for reporting. I’d like to ask a few questions to start:

• Auto Contribute is ON by default and must be manually turned OFF. Did you turn it OFF?
• Do you have multiple devices linked to your Uphold? If so, is Auto Contribute turned OFF on each of these devices?
• Can you share a screenshot of your Contributions and Event Log tabs which can be found here brave://rewards-internals/

Thanks for your answer.

• Auto-Contribute was OFF on every device I own. Including my mobile.
  But the settings on my mobile got reverted back to ON, without my consent.
• I’m connected to Uphold as for my computer and laptops.
  My mobile is not connected to Uphold, as I was only owning 2 BAT.
