I use the browser as usual. All begun with other issue that can’t acces because the browser support decided to be private and we have been trying to solve with support, but the attempt have been unuseful until now

It is a bit late but I have been refund a part of my lost BAT : 1.3 instead of 1.5 (however, it was the same amount in USD, that is kinda cheap but at least I have been refund).
I have also received my reward this month.

I couldnt’t keep investigating the probablies issues and the only clue one or explanation to my issues is relationated to my operative system (windows 7) that all my PC’s have, and I can’t upgrade cuz I use old software 
I’ve noticed that issue affected to Chrome too in some sites!!
well, I am not an expert to understand and the support browser seems not konw too
