YouTube video stops Playing when i open another tab or in background…Any solutions ??

Can you please confirm whether or not you’re still encountering this issue using the latest build of the browser?
I have been having the ’ dead after a minute’ issue for over a week now and having to use bloody Microsoft’s Edge instead due to this. The issue is on both desktop and mobile, and no matter what version of Brave i use or what disable/enable so far, it’s the same issue every time 
Even if i disable Braves ‘Shields up’ completely, allowing all tracking, cookies, ads etc, it still breaks for me 
I have tested various methods, including a fresh install of Brave Nightly build, with no extensions, all adblock filters off, etc and after one minute:
Any suggestions would be appreciated, as i currently can no use Brave (desktop or mobile) at all for YouTube

Did you try the suggestion @fanboynz mentioned in his comment above?
Yep, after i saw that helpful attempt from Ryan when searching, i immediately tried that first, disabling all others with just “Experimental List” enabled and then enabling other @fanboynz filters, but sadly nothing made a difference
Experimental for background playback for youtube, won’t fix other issues related to youtube.
- Try clearing the cookies/cache, then relogin.
- Test with other youtube videos.
- Also test playback in private window mode.
