AT&T appears to be blocking the port your updater and installer use

Description of the issue:
The port Brave uses for its installer and updater appears to be blocked by AT&T.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Run the installer on an AT&T account or open brave, look at the about section and see if it can update when using an AT&T account.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The installer can’t contact the internet and the program isn’t downloaded and no updates occur.
Expected result:
The installer should run and the updater should be successful.
Reproduces how often:
Every time tried for two or three weeks.

Windows 7 Brave 1.16.68
**Additional Information:**I was able to update by using another ISP. A friend of mine, also using AT&T has the same problem. He tried restarting his modem and it didn’t help. therefore, I didn’t put myself through the inconvenience.
