My Problem is as follows: I use Brave since March 2021 on my laptop and my computer. For a long time I wasn|t able to use Uphold as German. Some days ago I gave it another try but this time tried to register for creator at my laptop and YAY it worked! Now that I was owning an Uphold account and already connected it to Brave Rewards I want to get the 15,25 BAT from my browser to Uphold and linked my browser to Brave Browser at Uphold. Saw my BAT disappear but they did not arrive. I thought I will wait a bit and started reading here and how many tickets the support has to manage every day and started to investigate myself a bit. As i said before - using my computer with brave too so registered there for Brave Browser and instant got my BAT fundet to Uphold Yeeeha! Tried then to manage somehow to link my laptop to the Brave Browser and not the Brave Rewards Uphold Card with little success the first several days. Somehow Brave on my laptop was ever using the Creator wallet. What I have observed so far from looking at the network traffic - that the Creator / Brave Reward Wallet/Card has less permissions than the Brave Rewards Wallet/Card and that the Browser where the creator Wallet was created before the Rewards where linked to Uphold - ever always use the Creator wallet for linking. Then i got another 0,5 BAT for the last month but there happened the same rewards-internals says it was claimed, made Api request to Uphold - got the empty wallet but logged reward claimed fine. the final solution to the wallet linking was to unlink the creator wallet at the creators page AND then to remove the link at Uphold for Brave Reward. Again in Brave link Uphold to the Rewards Wallet/Brave Browser Card what finally linked the Rewards to the Browser Card - then I could link the creator Wallet and everything should now as expected just my 15,75 BAT are gone cause they never arrived. So my question is, will the team be able to check this case if I provide my paymentId? Also have the claimId and so on. In my Browser Reward history also still is the history of all claimed rewards until back in march 2021 or are they lost now?
And another question is: all my trails to link the wallets must have caused some problems, because now my log is flooded with unblinded tokens/payment not ready entries. already tried to restore the wallet but the problem persist. should I reset the wallet to generate a new one to fix this? thanks in advance!
What I have forgot to say is: that before claiming the january reward I renamed the Uphold Card from Brave Reward to Brave Browser because I read somewhere in Github Issue Tracker that the Name was causing troubles but with no success. So I think what was causing this troubles is that the Brave Reward Card has only few permissions while the Brave Browser Card has 4 or 5 more permissions.
