I’ve been having issues with connecting my Brave rewards to Uphold as well. Keep getting the “Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again” as well. It’s been like this for a while now and not sure when this will be fixed.
I am a new user of brave rewards. I have the same problem, cannot connect to uphold (only available option).
I have the same problem here, I formatted my PC and logged in and it always tells me asking me to try again that an error occurred
Hmmm…interesting problem with my brave too. Perhaps more maintenance.
=My Brave account was unable to connect to the Uphold wallet again. I’m doing the correct procedure and it says “I’m sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Try again.”
Same here, its not letting me connect to my rewards profile either. I just got a new phone and labtop and i cant get to my rewards. Bug central.

Yes the same thing started happening to me too as of this morning! I can login on my phone but and through their website but am getting the same error when i try to reconnect brave.
I was using a VPN and it disconnected my uphold from my phone and desktop. Now I cannot reconnect it

Facing the same issue too, on Brave Mobile. Was previously connected, got disconnected. Tried to reconnect and got stuck in the loop.
KYC is verified, I’m based in Singapore.
I recently reinstalled windows and started getting this issue. right before i reinstalled windows, i made an uphold account. reinstalled windows, and i can no longer connect due to this issue.

**I got a new phone and laptop I’m trying to set up my rewards profile on my new laptop and my new phone and every time I try to set up my uphold account it just puts me in a continuous loop and then says at the end you’ll request is still being processed please wait Sorry there was a problem processing or account please try again and it happens on the phone and the laptop so I’m not too sure what else to do other than submit a report or ticket on the matter.

Briefly describe your issue:
Unable to connect my Uphold account. I have a verified Uphold account I can log into and operate. I have a Brave account. I cannot connect them, as the browser simply says “please wait” and then returns to the same error screen asking me to try again.

After creating an uphold account completely, brave rewards is giving me this error message when attempting to connect the accounts.
“Your request is still being processed, please wait.

I would like to use browser to its fully capabilities!
I am also experiencing this exact issue, as many other people are, this appears to be a bug that has lasted over a year, which the developers of brave have ignored unfortunately your best bet is to give up.
So im not the only one who have the same problem…Thanks for letting me know about that I have opened a case today…lets see if they will answer
