Connection Problems With Uphold

So far, I got no problems with the rewards until last month when my rewards cannot connect with my Uphold wallet no matter how many times I’ve tried. I guess it happened after I connected another computer with Brave to my Uphold wallet and since then, it hasn’t connected.

I’ve sent my concerns through email, but hasn’t gotten any replies yet, so hopefully I’ll get help here instead. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
