After updating brave, I can't directly edit the bookmark of current viewing page

Description of the issue:
First of all, I’m not sure it’s a new feature or a bug.
Before updating, when I click the bookmark icon, I can edit the bookmark of the current page.
However, when I click the bookmark icon right now, It just deletes the bookmark of the current page without asking.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any page
  2. Click the bookmark icon to bookmark this page
  3. Again, click the bookmark icon, and you’ll find that the bookmark editing window does not show up. Instead, the bookmark of the current page is removed.

Expected result:
Show up the bookmark editing window so that I can edit the bookmark name

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.22.71, Chromium 89.0.4389.114
