Access Denied on ebay.com in regular window, can access only in Private Window

Description of the issue:
Was on ebay.com browsing and when I typed in a new search now all eBay pages say ’ Access Denied
You don’t have permission to access “http://www.ebay.com/” on this server.’
I have turned off and on the shields, no change. I can access eBay using Private Window and the website shows up just fine, just not in regular window. I can also access the website on other browsers. I also restarted my computer and restarted my Internet and no change.

How can this issue be reproduced?
I’m not sure if it is only my issue. I go to https://www.ebay.com/ and Access Denied pops up. When I open a Private Window the website shows up fine.

Expected result:

Interesting, I haven’t see that issue before.

Does disabling all extensions help in normal window mode? @thepinkbookworm

  1. Disable secure DNS in brave://settings/security if enabled.
  2. I would also try clearing Cache/Cookies in brave://settings/clearBrowserData

Nothing with the secure DNS, but the cache/cookies for just the past 24 hours worked. I had forgotten about clearing those. Thank you for your help!
