That url loads fine in my Brave Browser

Not sure; maybe parental controls? I turned all settings to strict (scripts, fingerprinting, ads) and it was fine.

I don’t believe it’s related to Brave. I have seen a similar error message before and it was a backend security proxy from Akamai blocking my IP address from accessing a few unrelated websites hosted with them (e.g. banks).

Are you running a Tor relay by any chance? If so, then that might be the problem. A lot of these security products don’t understand how the Tor network works and mistakenly block all IP addresses related to it.

What I would suggest is to you reach out to your ISP and ask if you could have a different IP address. Often that can be as simple as switching off your cable modem for a few minutes and turning it back on.
