Description of the issue:
I get 403 Forbidden for some eBay picture links.

How can this issue be reproduced?
Go to this address:

  1. https://vmp.ebay.com/ebay/viewAllPhotos.aspx?smid=66367656

Expected result:
A web page with pictures

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.45.123

Additional Information:
Works fine when I put the address in Edge.

Yes, it does work in a private window.

I’ll suggest turning off all extensions one by one to see if that is the issue.
