Could you make it possible to resize the height of the address bar and tab bar…for me the height is way to thick…need a slimmer look.

There’s no way to do this at this time. You can however make the address bar wider if you need (Settings --> Appearance --> Use wide address bar)
ya I see that. Im also using a chrome browser theme from Deviantart to match my windows theme I have from there , its for chrome browser but works on Brave but it doesnt change the address bar, meaning the address bar in Brave is squared corners or rectangular but i want it rounded which the theme changes in chrome but it doesnt change the look to rounded here in brave???

That is correct. Chrome themes will typically only modify browser colors.
