Description of the issue:
I like to read news and to write comments in my local news website. The website use a lot of commercials and banners. Most of them Brave browser blocks. But not all. So I also use nano AdBlocker which is with nano-Defender. Only this way all commercials and banners are blocked. Some of them when using right-click sub-menu command “Block element…”. Earlier I was able to write comments, but could not to use thumbs up or thumbs down rating buttons. When I write a comment and press button to send it the site reports that my browser blocks cookies. But in my Brave Settings menu under “Shields” section I have chosen just to “Only block cross-site cookies”. But that’s not important. Because whatever command I would select there I still cannot send my comments. But I can send comments using my mobile with android. It also uses Brave browser for mobiles. It is with the same IP but just different port number in my local network. And also it cannot add emoticons like thumbs up or thumbs down.
Help me to sort things out. Firstly to bypass website’s security and allow me to send comments using desktop PC. And then to find out how to successfully add emoticons. And all of this including nano-Ad-blocker with defender. Your “Brave” is too weak to block all commercials.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no) Rather yes, but I doubt
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? Yes.
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no): No. Sites doesn’t break. It just blocks some of my actions.
Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? Yes. It works perfectly well. I cannot get rid of constantly pop-in up commercial banners which even cannot be turned off. You can’t see text and paragraphs but fucking banner on almost whole screen and without close button.
