Youtube's fullscreen animation lags in Brave

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any YouTube video using Brave.
  2. Click on the full screen button of YouTube to enable full screen.
  3. Observe that the video stutter and and freeze for 1 to 2 seconds before the video is being switched to full screen.

Expected result:

  1. The animation of the full screen video transition should be smooth similar to Firefox Browser while performing the same operation without freezing and lagging transition effect.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

  1. Version 1.26.77 Chromium 91.0.4472.164 ( Official Build) ( 64-bit)
