Video playback is very laggy on youtube and on any site with embed videos, this happens in brave and i have tried the same in chrome too and the problem persists but video playback is smooth when i try to watch the same in firefox

It basically feels like watching a video in 5 fps with audio is clear and works fine , i can play browser game on 100+ fps and the game is smooth, therefore it doesnt seem to be a performance issue and my internet is fine (100 mbps) the only issue is with video playback
