Pretty simple i put the shield on youtube , and i cant see the thumnails , it started 2 weeks ago , happens either i logging to google or not , dark on/off .

Does clearing cookies and cache at brave://settings/clearBrowserData resolve the issue?
I use Brave Shields at aggressive mode + strict fingerprinting protection, and there’s no issue with YouTube thumbnails on my end.

Test in a private window with all extensions disabled.
Do you have any Custom Filters related to YouTube when you open brave://adblock?

Okay, that’s weird. If clearing cache and cookies, and testing in a private window with extensions disabled didn’t show positive results, I recommend testing with a fresh user profile. If the issue appears to be related to your current user profile, we’ll try to fix your current user profile somehow.

May also be worth checking to see if hardware acceleration is the issue – Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?
You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
well tank for the help , i decided to unistall and install again, , it fixed the problem , thanks for every ones help , and sorry for wasting you guys time
