Hi my name is Amir and I have trouble with youtube in my brave browser when I open the youtube website thumbnail of videos didn’t come up but I can watch the videos. Please help me!!

Try again after clearing cache and cookies, you can do that after typing brave://settings/clearBrowserData in the address bar.

Can you share a screenshot of how the Youtube homepages appears on your end?

  • Type brave://adblock in the address bar and make sure you don’t have a filter related to YouTube in the Custom Filters textbox at the bottom of the page.
  • If you don’t have a YouTube filter at brave://adblock, test in a private window with all extensions disabled.
  • If the issue is reproducible in a private window with all extensions disabled, you’ll have to test with a fresh user profile: Create a new profile to help Troubleshoot.

In addition to what @Rethanis has mentioned – can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
