YouTube Thumbnail Ads not blocked

Description of the issue:
I’ve noticed YouTube putting ads in the list of videos it recommends for me. It’s always the very first video. I’d normally just ignore it, but it’s designed to imitate an actual video thumbnail. For me, it feels deceptive. Sometimes the Ad will be blank as if Adblock blocked it. But it usually appears when the page loads.

Hi, it should be blocked. (Would test in the latest Brave build, Version 1.15.72 or better)

I have been using Brave on my home PC for 2+ months and love it, so i decided to install it on my work PC (both are running the same version Version 1.15.75 Chromium: 86.0.4240.99 64-bit).

On my home PC from day 1 ads have been blocked on YouTube, however on my work PC they are not. I tried changing Trackers and Ads to blocked to aggressive with no change.

Is there something else i can check or change?
