Brave stopped blocking adds on YouTube

Description of the issue:
Brave is not blocking adds on YouTube, I cleared all browsing history, cache, cookies etc. to no avail
Exact URL of the website in question:

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
yes
Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)

What OS are you using when you see the ad?

X say: “Go to brave://components and click “Check for update” under “Brave Ad Block Updater.” The issue should be resolved with 1.0.4151 or later.”

My Brave Ad Block Updater version is 1.0.4156 and its still not blocking adds.

I installed the nightly build 1.65.21 directly from the releases page at GitHub and it blocks the adds on Ubuntu 20.04.
