Video ads are not being blocked

About an hour ago, I started seeing video ads on Youtube.
I am seeing mostly this ad on the sidebar: image and the video equivalent of it.
The video ads can not be skipped.

I am currently using Brave 0.66.101 Chromium: 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@johnstev111 Are shields up for the website? just share the screenshot of ads and shields together. Someone might fix it.

@Manzoor Shields are up.
The ads aren’t just of the image I posted previously anymore. It’s as if shields aren’t working.
Here is a screenshot:

EDIT: The only way to skip the ads is to refresh the page, as the Skip ad button is not appearing.
