Description of the issue:
Upgraded to Windows 11 Pro (from 10 Pro) - Auto-refresh of webpages not working - e.g. FaceBook account homepage- No notifications (i.e. there is no number next to the notifications icon. Manually refresh the page and the number 10 appears).
How can this issue be reproduced?
Run Windows 10 and in Brave open your FB account page. Confirm that the number of notifications update automatically as they arrive. Upgrade to Windows 11. Note that the page (i.e. the number of notifications) does not update. Manually refresh the page and note an updated number of notifications.
Expected result:
Notification number should be accurate whenever I go to the FB account page, without having to manually refresh the page ( the circular / rotary clockwise arrow symbol )
